Thea founded the firm with Lucan in 2012 after twelve years in the trust department of a Charlotte bank, where she watched families inherit plans nobody had explained to them. She leads retirement planning for clients within ten years of retiring and those already there.
She reviews every income plan before it is delivered and runs the January refresh herself. Clients describe her as the person who tells them the number they were afraid to ask about.
